Amla (Indian Gooseberry) (Phyllanthus emblica)

Ritha (Soapnuts) (Sapindus mukorossi)
Soap nuts contain saponin, a natural detergent. The soap nut shell absorbs water and releases the saponins which circulate as a natural surfactant in the wash water, freeing dirt, grime, and oils from hair.
