Our natural handmade shampoo with the goodness of extracts from Shikakai, Brahmi, Amla & Neem. Our shampoo is in a 250mL bottle. The base is saponified olive oil, coconut oil & castor oil. We have added to it extract from Shikakai, Brahmi, Amla & Neem.

Shikakai or Acacia concinna is a climbing shrub native to central and south India. Shikakai literally means “fruit for hair". Shikakai acts as a hair cleanser & detangler and makes hair smooth and soft. It is rich in vitamin C and vitamin D, and many essential phytonutrients that nourish the hair follicles and promote hair growth.

Brahmi or Bacopa Monnieri, coats the hair follicles with a layer of protection that provides luster and reduces the possibility of split ends. This also allows the hair to develop volume and length. Brahmi strengthenes the root of the hairs. This allows the hair to grow with the support of thick roots. Brahmi supports blood circulation in the scalp, thus provides moisture to the scalp and reduces dandruff.

Amla or the Indian gooseberry, is a hair conditioner & also has valuable anti-dandruff properties. Has high vitamin C levels. It is great for hair, adding lustre and softness and doing away with dryness of the scalp. It is also a rich source of essential fatty acids that serve to keep the hair follicles strong and nourish the hair from the roots. The fruit yields oil that has been used for ages for treating hair and scalp. It is said to penetrate the scalp and strengthen roots.

Neem or Azadirachta Indica, is antiseptic, anti bacterial and antiviral. Neem leaf is used to treat the problem of head lice, dandruff, excessive hair fall and to improve hair growth. Dandruff and scalp psoriasis can be cured with neem. Neem prevents the premature greying of hair and treats lice and hair fall. Application of neem reduces the thinning of hair.

Our shampoo is thick and produces a lot of lather. So we advise you to use in smaller quantities. This will make the bottle last longer.
